I really am hoping for a different topic soon as the weather has about got me down. More snow predicted and below zero temps.

Your pink sunset is lovely!

We have been having the most amazingly beautiful sunsets too. Sunsets and snow peaked mountains ...so so stunning. Happy week to you my friend.

Please ask Mother Nature to kick things in gear. We're headed home soon!

Can't get enough of the sun or the sunsets right now. That wind is HOWLING tonight. Guesses on school closings?

Yep, we need a "dislike" button for this nasty winter. A "normal" winter is bad enough, but this is getting ridiculous. Beautiful pink sunset, though!

Lynne, hang in there. Surely it will end soon. We are having the super cold and more snow showers. Pretty pink sunset. Have a happy day!

I turned around last night from going to G.R. for book club. The roads in Zeeland were starting to ice up and it wasn't worth the drive. Spent a quiet night at home with the dogs and some television. I missed book club in January due to nasty weather as well. Maybe March will finally break the streak.

I hear you - I guess the pretty pink tinge in the sky will have to satisfy us for now...

Sunrise--it is why I get up early!! We've had two days of brilliant sunshine (single digit temps) and now await the next onslaught. Ugh!

Best,
Bonnie

No... winter will never ever ever end. You are stuck there and will eventually turn into an Eskimo. Go buy muck lucks. LOL

You made me chuckle, Lynne...Yup, we're all talking about the weather, snow and cold..We talk about life and these days..that's it..

Good Evening Lynne, I am so sorry to hear that you are expecting more cold weather, it seems to have been so cold, for so long. Enough is enough, I think Mother Nature needs to get the weather on a more even keel.... I do hope it happens soon.
I had to smile, when you said you were talking about the weather quite a lot, as I thought talking about the weather was an English trait..... we are always talking about the weather because it is always so unpredictable over here.
On a positive note, you do share some very beautiful photographs.
Keep yourself nice and warm.
Best Wishes
Daphne

We have a chance of that awful stuff this weekend. We have had a few days we were able to get our hands in the dirt.

It's a lovely touch of pink. Do stay warm. Winter will eventually end.

I love watching as the rising sun paints the sky awake in the morning and as it slowly fades into a dark slumber at night. Yes, more cold weather headed towards us, too. We're supposed to get ice and snow, but it shouldn't last more than about 5 days, so that is reassuring.

The touches of pink makes the sky so beautiful, I love seeing that. We've had some very pretty sunsets this winter. I suppose that's one good thing I can say about the winter. Okay, the only thing I can say good about the winter. lol

Weather seems to be on everyone's mind these days -- but the sunsets have been lovely!
