verse from one of my very old cards
greeting found inside the card
May Your Christmas This Year Be Merry From Beginning To End
~
Do you ever purchase a card simply for yourself?
I used to have many Mary Engelbreit books, cards and things
around the house during the holidays.
Things change, as all things do . . .
I found this card the other day when I was out and about shopping
and it cheered me up and home it came with me.
I am using it today for
Where you say, is there a fence??
Well not a fence, but tree fence posts are
holding a banner with 2014.
It counts doesn't it!
Perfect, I thought and since we are snowless here in Western Michigan
and this card looks snowy and has fence posts and says 2014
I am bringing it to you.
I am also bringing to you "a few of my favorites things"
that are brightening up our home.
Above you will find some of my very old collectible ornaments
I have set them inside a crystal bowl away from tiny little hands.
I really like the fragile little blue and silver ornament with thin tip at the end.
The blue and red glass horns were a real treat to find years ago.
There are some Shiny Brights in the bowl too
and some unique crinkled glass ornaments.
Maybe it would have been best for me to not have
brought the sleds out so early
I think I frightened the snow away.
We had a couple feet of snow in November
and have had hardly any since.
I am a snow person
so I am patiently waiting for
the view out the windows to be white once again.
Wishing Each Of You
A Happy Season
Joy Peace Love
~
'till next time

I don't mind snow if I can stay inside, by the fire, with a bottomless pot of spiced tea...:)
