I hope you noticed the snowflakes on the pachysandra
yes, snow squalls off and on happened around here this past week
then the gray stayed around for a few days
with sunshine happening for the weekend
still quite cool but bright sunny days make it almost perfect

yellow flowers brings us some cheer
forsythia daffodils
one lone frozen like yellow flower
and some yellowish cedar
things are waking up
beginning to pop
and I am the first to shout
YIPPEE

Good Morning, Lynne! I am glad to see sings of spring.. And the yellow flowers are so cheery.. The Forsythia and daffies are the first to bloom around here..Now all we need are the spring temps..Have a happy day!
Yellow is my very favorite color.

Lynne, I can only imagine how wonderful it must be so see things returning to life and color after a long cold winter.
It actally rained for three hours the day before yesterday..our heads were reeling with joy.

ah, the forsythia reminds me of the beautiful ones I had at my former home. I love yellow, anything yellow.
Spring is such a great season because there are usually a lot of colourful, cheery yellow blooms.
