Hello Lynne, thankfully your first fall of snow is not too deep.

I understand how some people dread the snow, and others like you see its magic. I agree that there's something special about the first snowfall of the year, and I can't wait for our turn -- I hope it's on a weekend when I can enjoy it! :-)

How I miss those deep Oregon snow's we used to have. Of course I didn't have to shovel it off the roof! :) It's beautiful, Lynne..and so magical. It's now the season..makes me smile!! Thank you for sharing. I keep hoping I will see some on our distant mountains..which would mean, if enough, the end of our drought..or at least the beginning of the end.

It looks pretty Lynne, especial the last photo of the snow on the boughs. Ours is coming tomorrow. :)

It looked about like that here, too. Should be gone by Thanksgiving, though!

Peaceful images. My favorite is the last one. Snow on pine does it for me. Hugs.
