Bits From The Past . . .

I hope I am not boring you
with my trying to figure out how to get my photos
from my iPad into my HP lap top so I can do a post.
I think it is as simple as figuring out how those two
 'live and marry" together.
so far I haven't caught on to "simple."

Blogsy was an app I used on my iPad
to do my Irish Garden House posts.
I learned that Apple removed the app
when I tried to do a post on my new iPad.
Blogsy was so swift and easy,
there are many of us that are not happy!

In the meantime, enjoy these pictures from my past.
The one above is my now almost twenty three year old Tyler
when he was about the same age as his daughter Oakland.
(She will be three at the end of April.)

They look so much alike
and he had, she has,
that "impish" behavior which is so infectious!

So until I can bring you pictures of some of the
"new" in my life,
I will go back to some of my photo history.

Here is a good find.
One of my gardens I created back in 2014.
Soon It will be springtime when
everything will be green and flowery again.

loving this picture of our
little princess
sleeping in sunshine

placing a bit of peace
in my gardens is a
very good thing

one of my favorite photos
I wonder if I could paint this

I would pull out the brushes
but first I need to get back to my reading.
I just picked up six books
at the library yesterday

I just found this photo in my files from 2009
wonder what it is
sure looks yummy
I think I will search it out
dinner for tonight
good 'dea
don't you think
~
give a bit of kindness and love away today
it makes for a
"feels good"
~

Holding on to Blogsy as long as I can, but I fear soon the IOS updates will make it stop working. There is an app called Blog Touch Pro that I plan on checking out.

Well, I didn't know you back "then" so these are all new to me and wonderful.

I just hate it when they change programs. I've been battling the new Shutterfly. I'm about ready to call it quits.

Great trip down memory lane. PC's and Apple products always a challenge to work together. Have you tried Dropbox? An app. great way to share photos between devices.

Yes, you can paint it. LOL! I just unpacked my paints and brushes... they were still boxed from our move. For a week, I just stared at all of it. Finally worked up the courage to wet my brush and finish a painting I had started long ago. I remember your first posts of painting, too. Makes me smile. I enjoyed all the photos-from-the-past! Such a pain trying to figure out a new program/app/whatever-they-call-it. Good luck, sweet friend!! I'll be looking forward to more. blessings and big hugs ~ tanna
