Sliding Up Down All Over . . .

Spring 2019
It has been a few steps forward
more steps backwards
kind of spring

finally
I think we are on a roll
it’s happening
some things are flowering
yet the plants are itzy bitzy

my white Bleeding Heart is in full bloom though
first picture was taken a few minutes ago
second picture is my favorite from years ago
this BH is twenty five years old

wishing you warmer
not hot, just warmer, please no “skeeters” either

Happy Graduation Graduates
‘til next time
. . .
love

I think today is two steps backward again. I had my winter coat on and my mittens.

The white bleeding hearts are beautiful. I've not seen those before--we have just the pink and white in the garden here.

Hi, Lynne. I love seeing the start of your beautiful flowers. I don't have a bleeding heart plant here but I sure do like seeing everyone elses. If you have annuals out don't forget to protect them from possible frost tonight. I have a Gerbera daisy that I've already brought into the house. Sending hugs!

This bleeding heart is beautiful. I think our weather has settled into a good patter. I hope!

Your bleeding heart is beautiful- I don’t think I’ve seen white ones before. Here’s hoping for more steps forward and lots of blooms this spring and summer. I don’t hold out a lot of hope on the skeeter thing, though. It’s been such a wet month, I suspect they will thrive (ugh) - but still looking forward to some sunny days!

As much as I love thepink ones, and they remind me of my gran, the white ones are so elegant. I could envision a bridal bouquet made of those! Yours are lovely.

Lovely bleeding heart!
We have one bleeding heart plant, and it is the pink one.
I think I would love to have a white one.

Oh, I do wish for warmer days too.
What a crazy weather year this has been.

Smiles :)

Hello Lynne,
