grandson jordon
fourteen
city meet on friday
the winds blew unbelievably
i was wishing for a hoodie to wear
against team players almost twice his size
victory escaped this round
more meets monday and wednesday this week
five hour city meet seemed to take forever
especially when jordon runs first and last
pole vault was a cancelled event
garden clean up
lovely hellebore with color
three beds of hellebore
just beginning to come to life
white hellebore
such a pretty flower
self starter
maybe a flower will pop up here
with our seventy degree predicted weather this week
when the color isn't there
go for the green
off to the allegan antique market today
barbie and i spent the day
wandering through the
thousands of items
english valley friend penny
is looking for one of these
sorry, i forgot to look at prices
fiesta pieces
i liked the pails until i noticed
they were without bottoms
old cookie cutters
just now noticed the cribbage board
someone i know is making
something with clip boards
tulips would have looked pretty
i was tempted
bought another small
white hull pitcher instead
fun filled weekend
what a wonderful world
believe it to be so
for it to be true

Shucks! Good luck on the next rounds, Go Jordon! I love your pretty hellebores. The antique market looks like fun, so many treasures. The weekend seem to fly by, I wish my work week went that fast. Have a happy week ahead, Lynne!
I agree. The weekend just flew by. Your grandson is a cutie. I kept my eyes open for you at Allegan. We should have exchanged cell phone numbers.
Family, flowers, friends and fabulous finds. It is a wonderful world.
Keep going, Jordan! You are to be commended.
Looks like a perfect weekend to me!
I saw a few items at the antique market that suited my fancy. : )

I love hellebores. My blooms are fading, but underneath I have hundreds of baby plants. I can't wait to see if they mature. Keeping my fingers crossed Jordan does well this week.
Hellebore is one of the things I'm thinking about planting..Love the flower..Pole vaulting !! Oh no!! Always the last event...Love the antique market..
Oh my gosh how very tempting all of those items look...lovely.
Good think I don't live near there, or I would have to load up the truck.

That antique market sure looked fun! Love those cute clip boards. I've only seen pictures of those hellebores, must not be hardy enough for around here? Love your grandson's big smile...better luck next meet, Jordon!
Busy weekend. Thank you for visiting Blue Country Magic - came to you also by way of Diane and her oomm project. Wasn't that cool? You look fab!
