*** I am lousy with the remote control.
Lousy!
For the life of me I can't figure out how to tape programs.
I was fine until the cable company made some changes
bringing a new remote into the picture.
YIKES!
. I need to get with it before

I feel we have been friends forever.

Love the colorful pumpkinish gourds !
Lynne..those are really great Fall pictures. How I wish I could find such interesting pumpkins around here but the standard is all there is.
FINALLY the stores are selling them.
Beautiful pumpkins! I love the little poem that you came up with... just perfect!
Happy for you that you had the opportunity to meet a blogging friend...fun.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Smiles :)

HI Love the pumpkins and great to meet a blog friend.
Good Morning Lynne, I am so pleased to hear that you have been experiencing some lovely Autumn weather..... there is nothing like a little bit of sunshine to brighten the day.
I loved your little poem, it made me smile.
How wonderful to attend an art exhibition, I am going to follow the link after I have written to you. I love art and I hope you will be able to post the winner for us all to see.
Oh yes, before I go, we are into the third week of Downton Abbey BUT my lips are sealed!
Have a lovely weekend Lynne,
Best Wishes to you,
Dapphne
oops, one too many p's in Daphne on my previous comment. Fingers were working quicker than my mind!
Best Wishes

As much as I deal with technology at my job, I loathe the television remote too. My 7 year old has it figured out better than I do. We finally got to ArtPrize Wednesday night. Amazing things again this year. Looking forward to our visit next week! I need to get my craft room cleaned up before then.
Nice fall vignettes. Love your touches.
It is so fun reading this because now I can actually hear your voice. Great poem, us gals who like the cold have to stick together. You had the perfect day for Art prize!
Beautiful Fall decor!!! It's great to meet an online friend.
PS...we don't get Autumn here in south Texas 'til it's close to Christmas, so I enjoy the season through bloggers.
fun to meet a blog friend. love your fall shots -- i'm enjoying everyone's fall photos. I really miss the color of fall ... everything here stays green and then all of a sudden the trees drop their leaves. I'm not fond of the TV remote. Have a great week.
I haven't recorded a TV show in years. We have 3 channels to watch. We don't have a pvr or whatever they call them these days. Don't need one. If we miss it then we miss it. Pretty fall photos. I hope you have a lovely weekend. We're in for half sun and half rain I think. I won't complain as we've had 7 full days of summer in a row!
Oh I like the gourds. Fall is a little late arriving her, but we are finally getting some colour.
Lovely pictures. We too are enjoying a warm start to our autumn. As always it's the virginea creeper leaves to turn a beautiful shade of deep red. The trees are still hanging onto their leaves, so it will be a while before we have all the golden colours of autumn. You are not alone not knowing how to use a remote control. I've had to write the instructions down so I can watch TV when my hubby is out, hope you are enjoying Downton Abbey.
Beautiful arrangements and meeting blog friends is so much fun -- I'm so glad you hit it off. :)
Beautiful until this week..We're back in the 80's again...Love your pictures..
Wonderful shots!!!
How nice that you got to meet a fellow blogger!!
Have a great Fall weekend!

Lovely fall photos.
Lynne, is is nice to meet new blogging friends. I enjoyed your cute poem! The fall colors are a bit slow around here. We are seeing a little. Have a happy weekend!
You put me in the mood for winter, but I'm enjoying your fall decorations. Fun to meet a kindred spirit.
Thanks for your kind comments. Beautiful fall pictures.
Are you in the snow yet??
Have a great weekend.
Oh, you will get to see DA wayyyy before us Canadians do. Don't let the cat out of the bag, lol.
Jen
Love your rhyming words...we just switched to direct tv....had it for two months. I love being able to just push a button to record something. however, seems like my PBS station is always and forever having problems....and I love PBS. For Masterpiece and sewing shows, and Ken Burns....and a whole lot more.
Love the pics. Which series of Downton are you on? We've just started sea on 4. AS we see the winter approaching there are all sorts of thoughts going through our minds...each of us approach it differently! Joan
Great pumpkin pictures, meet ups are fun. I think if you phone the cable company they will walk you through it, just explain. Can I ask when the series Downton Abbey is starting, I don't want to miss it.
Winter is one of my favourites also.
That was a sweet fall post, Lynne. There will likely be just rain here this winter, but I'll button up nonetheless! Now I'm off to visit your blog friend in the paisley boots.
oh I love Fall.
Adore your Fall pictures too.
I must look at what you posed later.
Thank you.
Lots of talent in the Art Prize show. Two of my favorites are Eddsbarn4 by Robert Jonas Allyn, and Horse and carriages downtown by Marianna Heule. I enjoyed this post, very nice random 5.
