Mr.Irish Garden House has the bug to find fences.
He has been driving me all around town to find them.
His look has been a bit different than what I have been looking for
but we have enjoyed together how others design fences around their homes.
This one above has been created out of bushes.
We weren't sure if there was a fence under all that green.
We sure did get some stares from the people in the back yard
so we scooted away in a hurry.
in fact it is an area called Circle Drive in North Muskegon.
I scrolled in a bit so you could see the opening
cut out for the entrance into the tennis court.

I hope I will have some fun fences to show you next week!

Until then,

well, thank you mr. igh! i like the hedgerows a lot!
thanks for linking, lynne!
I just think of all the pruning involved in that kind of hedge but maybe that is because I am woefully behind in pruning my hedges.
That first one is interesting - I can't decide if they were kind of bad a pruning their hedge, or creative. Yeah - let's go with creative. Nice shots!
It is nice of your hubby to drive you around looking for fences.. It is amazing how many different kinds there are.. I love the hedge fence, they are keeping it well trimmed. Great shots, have a lovely evening.
I love hedges.
A hedgerow fence is a fabulous fence !
Thanks for scouting these out :)
I love your fences....seems you are having as much fun with this link party as I am...just love it.:)
I really like that hedge fence!
Good fence indeed.
Great hedge fence. Have a good weekend.
That is too funny Lynne, I should mention this to hubby so he takes me for a drive, lol. Is good fences each week?
Your fence posts have become quite popular and I love seeing what you've discovered. You are reminding me we have lots of things that need a good pruning in our yard. One more thing to add to the list!
Love hedge 'fences'!! Somehow, they look less confining than other fences.
Also, I love the way they give a 'secret garden' feel to properties!
Have a great weekend, and I'm looking forward to seeing what other fences you find.
K.
Are you going to build a fence ??
Yes, hedges and shrubs and cedars make great fences to. I like the one with the 'doorway' in it.
I love a hedge fence - so much softer and somehow welcoming than a wooden palisade. My favourite sort of fence, though, is white picket!
