Quick updates.. I'm learning from this! Just shared the photos and history of the library and it's founder with my small scale sawmill operator here. :) He shares an appreciation for history and architecture.
Love your library building. We're having the same weird snow-rain...ice storms here in SD. Gotta love winter though, with no mowing to do I can catch up on your blog!
No rain here as promised! Not a drop. Cloudy as heck but that's it. Even with rain on the snow the library is lovely. AND..thank you for the photo's and the letter catching me up on your antic's. :) You are right, I do have one of the pictures right behind my head but these all have the dates on them and ...I was SO please when they arrived. we're getting a bit of rain here today and will freeze overnight. hopefully the roads will dry before then. :)

Libraries are one of our greatest public treasures. I'll never forget the day I walked into the New York Public Library. I nearly fainted.
