we enjoyed a busy
fun filled
fourth of july weekend
and as I look back on the photos
I am finding a few
"Fourth Fence Finds"
son scott and daughter in law sue
live on a lake
in an old summer cottage
which has been enlarged into a very large lovely year around home
I noticed many "fence looks"
when we visited there over the weekend
the two photos above are
views on the ground lake level looking up
and the top ground level looking down
mister irish and I enjoyed the evening fireworks
this past saturday
I noticed many fencing types
as we waited for the city light show to begin
break walls of stone
and roped fencing at the marina
(we also noticed the "building hat" on our heads)
our garden plantings are providing many
fence like border paths
of full fluffy green edgings

glorious weather for our
Independence Day
plus several days extra of blue sky, sunny days, seventy degree weather
it was a wonderful western michigan world weekend

It looks like you had a splendid holiday with family. I'm savoring my week away from work. I've read 5 books. I've especially loved having no agenda. Lake life...sigh.

The weekend was gorgeous..it has gone down hill from there..3 H's...100 degrees tomorrow..Big Yuk!! Sure would like to be along a lake right now..

What a wonderful way to spend the holiday. There really were some very lovely fence finds. I also liked your (building hat) shots.
