remember
we have many oak trees
plus tons of acorns
mister hubs irish found this handy little scooper up gadget last year
I poo pooed it like I often do
I had to "eat crow"
it works
I tried it this morning, amazed
roll it across the grass, driveway, walk ways
and presto, those acorns find a new home
best little nut catcher ever
grin . . . grin

That is super neat. What a cool tool!!
really pretty arrangement. nut grabber. :)
Hello Lynne, that is a neat nut grabber. I could use one for my driveway. The fall arrangement is pretty. Happy weekend to you!
I've never seen such a thing, what a great "invention!" I also love the fall arrangement, it's lovely and perfect for the season!
Great little device. (How do you dump them out?) I love your door display! That's even better than a wreath because you can place things in it. -Jenn
That nut catcher is great -- could have used it a few weeks ago at the lake. I was collecting acorns to bring home to feed the squirrels this winter. The hard way!
All looks lovely. I do love Irish music -- you'll have a ball at the festival!
I'll bet the squirrels would love one of those Gizmo's..Very clever
I just love gadgets and that one is just amazing. This has to be great with so many nuts.
I'm wondering if the kids are off to Ireland again this year. Both brothers go with their wives and hit the pubs, stay at bed and breakfasts and have a blast. Driving on the opposite side of the road is a bit of a trick and takes concentration and I hear about the close calls...*makes me sweat!!* They always send home CD's of the music and video's they take.
I'm doing okay, Lynne...at least most of the time. At least the fits of screaming have calmed down. Takes time, as we both know. This time it will probably take the rest of my life.
LOVE the front door piece!
What a cool gadget. I thought immediately of my Kate, her boys and their Legos. Happy Weekend!
I've seen those before but don't have anywhere to use it with. It's a shame, it looks rather fun
Those are handy to pick up pecans. Sure saves the back.
We don't hardly have any acorns this year. The last two years we have had a horrendous amount of them. I will keep that thing in mind though.
