well you know what “they” say
“get right back on the truck”
so here i am
creating another post
in this new blogger format
mister irish and I went on another
country road color tour
sunday afternoon
do take some time to
drive, walk, hike to catch some of the
extraordinary beauty that is
decorating 2020’s landscape
at least in western michigan anyway
it has been stunning
we peaked this weekend
the reds, oranges, yellows
with a blue sky background
were sweet indeed
(please forgive the windshield smudge on the “stunning orange” photo below)
the only photo that is not mine is the aerial photo
i will leave you with.
this photo which was found on a friends FB site
it was taken in the
Mesick, Michigan area
thank you for your friendship visits
stay well, kind, happy
it’s the little things
~

Always nice to hear from you, Lynne. Your weekend looks lovely. We're still all green here, but I know it's coming! Happy fall my friend.
Oh, that is so pretty. Thanks for sharing. We are hitting peak here in the Madison area. Hopefully the wind and rain won't blow them all down prematurely.
Hello, Lynne! Mike & I did the same as you & Mr. Irish...we went for a long ride to old haunts in the beautiful west Michigan countryside. What a nice way to spend an October afternoon! Your pictures are beautiful and that last one of the aerial view of Mesick is awesome. Hugs!
Beautiful! The leaves are just starting to turn. We have a few warm days ahead of us still. I hope you week is going well! Hugs!
I would agree -- best color year in ages and you have it where you are, too. (And the Mesick color -- wow!)
Absolutely stunning Autumn photographs Lynne.... so beautiful. XXXX
Lovely pictures.
What glorious colour - the last photo is fantastic!
Stunning Fall color! Thanks for sharing these little gems with us :)
Smiles :)
