Soups On . . .

 Family Soup Day/Night
our tradition for twenty years or more
red chili, white chili, dips and things
pumpkin bars, football
visits and chats
treats no tricks

planning on feeding a bunch
starts way before the actual day
(I am sure you already know that information.)
lists, planning, purchasing, cooking, baking
and then the event

why Halloween you might ask
as our family grew, marriages happened
it became more difficult to coordinate around
the new families
wanting our tribe on
Thanksgiving and Christmas
SO
we chose Halloween
and it has become quite the event.

must admit
after
tired
yet so so happy
to have my bunch home
15 plus 2 dogs
~
‘til next time
happy november
love
lynne

Beautiful family, special times, yummy food, lovely home & decorations = a perfect day! I know a bit about the planning & preparation but oh how worth it when we're together, Lynne. Thank you for sharing the pictures.
