Your snowscape could be right outside my door! And what fantastic shots of your red polls... we get lots here too... is that niger seed you are feeding them, and what kind of mesh "sock" is that... nosy me, but it looks intriguing, I used niger seed one year and none of the birds ate it! Thanks for joining in on the final No Winter Whining, I have been so pleased to have met you through it! Cheers~

Beautiful photos Lynn. I was having up to 30 or more red polls at my feeder before I came out here. They are so sweet and fun to watch aren't they? Do you still have a lot of snow?

Hello Lynne:
The images of the birds at the feeder are simply wonderful. We are sure that they must be grateful for anything which people are kind enough to put out in these very wintry conditions.

Lynne, you already know I love your Redpolls. I am so envious now but so happy for you. I know you have been waiting for the Redpolls to show up. Finally, Yes! Beautiful snow scenes and wonderful shots of the Redpolls. Have a happy day!

Ah! I could just imagine seeing those birds clustered round the feeder, swaying in the wind. A bit magical. Thanks for this nice post.

Dear Lynne, Beautiful, beautiful! You are a generous caretaker of the birds, and they show their appreciation by their visits! Still loving winter...thank you for sharing. Love, Penny

Amazing bird pics! And you are right-- winter can be very quiet; unlike the other seasons. Very peaceful.

Gorgeous shots of the birds--that's an interesting type of feeder. It always amazes me how some birds and animals stick around and seem to thrive in the cold climate. Now it's time to think spring (even though it's still a few weeks off)!

Oh Lynne, the snow is simply beautiful. :) And the birds. Our have very little color here in Southern California..sometimes the little males do..and of course the Humming Birds.
Such beautiful photo's! OH for a good camera!
