Anniversary Time . . .

My son Scott and daughter in law Sue
celebrated their 26th anniversary in late August.
I was thrilled when they sent me this selfie photo
of them attending a recent West Michigan Whitecaps game.
My daughter Suzie and son in law Mike will be celebrating their
23rd anniversary in a few days.
Here is a picture of them at their wedding in 1991.
I wasn't as lucky catching a current photo of them.
And here we are with our "dated" 1991 wedding day photo.
Scott  Suzie  Mom

I asked Suzie today, why did you wear a hat, I don't think you have worn one since?
She said,"It was all you mom, you liked it . . ., thought it had southern charm!"
Who knows  . . . but if I remember . . . hats were a big thing back in 1991.

Happy Love To Each Of You
~
Love, Mom

What a beautiful family, Lynne! Your son is just so handsome...so beautifully blond. I never had a little blond child.. well..my next to youngest daughter, Mary, did have golden hair...still does somewhat.
You sound SO proud! :)

What fun to see your children! Wishing them the best.
Are you southern? The statement about the hat makes me wonder.

Best,
Bonnie

Happiest Anniversary to all ....
I adore hats and my girl wears them a lot. I always looked like an idiot in them but...I still love 'em.
Our girl and her sweetie celebrated 25 yrs. in May. Time does fly.
You have a beautiful family.

Well, time certainly has flown by, hasn't it.
Happy anniversary wishes to your sweet kids and kids in laws :)

Haha... love that you don't recall the reason for the hat!
You sound like me.... never the less, if you liked it then, I'm sure that you had a good reason!!!

Besides, your daughter is so cute! She could have made a paper sack look chic.

love,
K.

It was the era. I had a hat too and I got married in 1986.
