Better Late Than Never. . .

A late afternoon drive for a
New Years Day Fence Hunt
found these two lovely old homes to bring
Happy New Year
wishes to each of you.

My Amaryllis this year proved to be outstanding
It began opening on Christmas Day with
two full blooms on New Years Day.
Four blooms on one stalk . . . pretty amazing, I hope you enjoy!

although it is late in the day

What are your hopes and dreams for the New Year?
'till next time,
Love, Lynne

The homes behind the fences are so grand. I always wonder about the families that live is such lovely houses.
My hopes and dreams for the new year involve some wooly things. Same as last year and the year before.
Or maybe I will try growing some pretty things inside like your Amaryllis.

Those homes and fences are really beautiful. I'm enjoying watching my amaryllis growing too. The bud is formed but hasn't started to open yet. Enjoy your weekend.

Oh how fun to have such beautiful blooms right on time. They grow in the gardens in Texas where my Mom and Dad lived. And you capture 2 gorgeous fences & homes. Happy New Year, Lynne, many blessings to you and your family!!

It is amazing how a fence compliments the house. I used to plant an Amaryllis bulb every Christmas . They usually came from the discount aisle at the local hardware store. But always bloomed beautifully. Love the color of yours!
