Color Cheer . . .

I liked this quote . . . from a friend . . .
Talking about smoking, diet and other personal choices we make in life;
Dr. Kim Williams, President of the American College of Cardiology, said
"I don't mind dying, I just don't want it to be my fault."

Beautiful flowers of tulips. How true of words that rings to our health minds

Perfect quote and to put in practice. One should.

Sweets and fat can be a real addictive and we should chose a fruit more when out.

My husbands family most of them have had by-passes and still have not learned to make sensible choices.

My husband is fairly slim and he walks every day. He is a fruit eater in moderation as fruit has sugar. I am doing well in eating healthy. Sweets are not my first priority .

Thanks for the smile, Lynne! The quote is great - I will find a chance to use it today, for certain.
The tulips - well, you make a very good case for mixing the colours. It's a look that just says 'joy'.
