January . . .

I am missing each of you.
As soon as I figure out our new home communication systems
I will be back with you.

Believe me, it doesn't look beautiful like this here in Western Michigan.
Flakes, not SNOW!
I am missing it dreadfully!

I raked our yard the other day,
seriously, raking in January . . . never ever before.

Right now we can walk for miles and not slip and fall though!
Temperatures have varied from 0-60 degrees this January winter.

With my love,
Lynne

I am so longing for a little snow and than a bright sunny day to follow for a pretty walk. Dreary and crazy winter so far!

We have had but a dusting of snow so far this winter and none waiting in the wings thru the first week of Feb according to the weather man..It would be nice just to see a few inches just once!! Be careful what you wish for ;) At least, we have had 2 days of sunshine..nice change..

Hi Lynne...
Same thing here...sun is trying to peek out today...I don't think she will win the battle!!
Technology is wonderful...until you have to learn something new, and it doesn't always co-operate...bet of luck there!!
I will be heading to Florida in less than 2 weeks...Hope you will join me there on my blog!
Have a wonderful weekend dear...
Cheers!
Linda :o)

Hello Lynne! LOL, raking is not fun any time. It has been warm and sunny here in Florida. I do not miss snow. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

Oh, Lynne! I hope things settle soon... and all the tech-stuff works out smoothly! It's been a roller coaster winter for us. Fifteen degrees one weekend... eighty the next. I say enjoy those walks! blessings and hugs ~ tanna
ps I like you a lot, too. ;)

Our weather has been the same, low, low, low then high, high, high. Not a lot of snow, but quite a bit of rain. That's ok, this summer girl is not complaining! Enjoy the weekend!!

I'm enjoying every day that I can get out and walk on a road that's not covered in ice or snow or both. :-) We'll see what February brings. I think our January thaw is over. Have a lovely weekend.

Chilly here yesterday and again today, but STILL now gorgeous white snow. We had the tiniest flurries all day yesterday, but flurries do nothing to enhance the look of winter since they don't even stick to the ground. Will be interested to hear what kind of new communication technology system you have in your home. Fun stuff!!

I don't mind the clear bike paths, but I am tired of the moisture and the rain.

Technology can be such a pain. And we've become so dependent upon it now that it's nearly a necessity. Raking leaves in January? Sounds nice right now. xo

Good evening Lynne, it is so frustrating when things don't work as they should. I hope you don't have too long to wait before you are up and running again.! With warmest wishes, Daphne

Still no snow?! We had a break from it for a couple of weeks, but then a fresh coating this week. I'm not sure if I'm happy or glum about more snow. It least it was only a few inches, and it brightens things up, I guess. Gray and brown get old pretty fast. Good luck with the computer system!

All things computer'ish I find dreadfully difficult. It takes me so long to do just about everything...uploading photos, writing a post...ugh. As to snow, it's pouring here, expecting half dozen inches. Be safe, Lynne, be safe.

A very odd winter. We were caught in last night's snow storm coming home from St. Joe. Scary drive!

"See you soon."

Well Lynn, we had a run on 35 degrees and no snow but today is 10 degrees.
I have not blogged in months, painting my fingers off. Stop over and give a critique, Trying to chose a few to take to Gallery. I need some help picking a few paintings, how about it?
