Garden Bench View . . .

Exciting times around here the past few days . . .
Ice maker on the fridge went ballistic . . .
In stocking feet, walking down steps to laundry level, my feet felt soggy . . .
Amazing what water can do outside of its tiny little hose connector . . .
Wood floors, carpets, papers, photos, boxes, art things, stuff . . . dripping wet . . .
Cleaned up, problem solved, repaired . . .
Next day . . .
Same area . . . hose on dehumidifier removed itself from floor drain . . .
Hollered . . . “we have another ISSUE down here” . . . water . . . much more water . . .
The Irish guy cleaned the filter on dehumidifier and must have jiggled hose loose from drain . . .
HELLO . . . ya think . . .
Cleaned up, fixed . . .
“I hope that is the end of the story” . . . said woman of the house . . .

Took to garden bench for a bit of reflection . . .
Mister Irish built a few garden benches for the yard, several years ago.
Moved one into a new location . . .
Brings a dIferent view . . .

Snickers likes it too . . .

Rain pounded down the front hydrangeas . . . we salvaged a large bunch . . .

Garden path Celtic Welcome, “One Thousand Welcomes” . . . needs a cleaning . . .
(Women of the house will get right at that . . .)

Welcome to those who believe in the power of dreams . . .
Who woukd like to join me in my exploration of life . . .

Stopping at Eileen’s Saturday’s Critters today . . .

Hello, sorry about the accidents. We had water in the basement from all the rain we received. Rain we either get too much or not enough. I like your bench and sitting area, very peaceful. Snickers is a cutie, I love seeing her photos. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. PS, thanks for the visit and comment.

Oh dear, sorry you had messy accidents to clean up. I hope that is the last of it for a while. I can see why your sweet pup enjoys that alternate view. :)

No one likes water all over the floor. In our last house, we had our water heater looked at and as soon as the plumber took off its insulated cover the valve in the back of the heater fell off. It was all rusty and in a mater of seconds we had water flowing down the stairs and through the kitchen's light fixture. What a mess. Glad you got yours all sorted out. The bench look great, I love wooden benches.

I love your celtic mat and all the beautiful garden pix. Bummer on the ice machine -- it never picks a good time. Sweet Snickers!
