Bringing On The Greens . . .

We have bunches of Boxwood, Cedar, Pine, Fir, Spruce . . .
in our yard and wooded area behind our home.

So I snipped and cut some “bunches” . ..
brought them to our attached porch . ..
and created a make shift kitchen
“Greens Creating” space . . .

I used Coffee Mugs, Pottery, Vases, Jars, Copper, China, Pitchers, Containers to make my creations.

Some purchased . . . plus many of my pieces which were tucked away amongst my things.

Talk about a happy time . . . it has been the BEST . . .

I created, delivered some on my own, “Mister Irish” helped with delivery too.

Nothing like Fresh Greens in the house during Christmas, Hanukkah, holidays.
My final cuttings, deliveries for the year will take place in the next few days.

Giving and sharing these “little things” . . . has given me much joy . . .

Bringing On Santa, Shiny Brights and Glitter . . . next post . . .

So pretty! That used to be my favorite thing to do when I lived by the woods. I just love a casual arrangement in a simple container.

We went with an artificial tree as I could not expect my beloved to set up a real one. So I too, have been gathering snippets from around the farm just to have some real stuff in the house. Such a great idea to present them as gifts.

You are so lucky to have so many wonderful greens so close at hand (and at a very reasonable "price" too!) They look wonderful in the variety of vessels in which you've used them. I love seeing pops of natural around a home and you have it big time! Merry!
