Tucked Away . . .

a lunch counter

in a one time hometown pharmacy

no pharmacy or pharmacist on board

but the pharmacists daughter

kept the doors open when her dad died

and created one of the best lunch corners around

salads, egg salad, ham cheese, turkey swiss, grilled cheese sandwiches

a cup or bowl of soup or chili

lime soda, root beer floats, ice cream

vintage, old fashioned everything

dishes, bar stools, chairs, tables, memorbillia everywhere

let the pictures tell the story

OK, so if I ever get over to your side of the state for a face-to-face, can we go there? This spot looks so fun, so charming -- and what's not to love about egg salad?

So glad you and your brother are having fun!
