Taking me back a few years . . .

It has been many years since

I have registered for a college class

There I was today, in line with the kids.

Looking all of my 72 years yet

 feeling just like I did back in 1957

when I was registering for my classes

for my first semester in college.

 Why you ask?

Well, let me tell you . . .

 I have used a few computers in the past 15+ years

letters

email

documents

photos

greeting cards

brochures

you name it

Nothing has stymied me as much as this new

Windows 7 program on my new lap top.

I have managed to crank out a few blog posts,

 but when I went to create my first document and

couldn't find where I would even create it

I knew I had to "bite the bullet" and get some help.

A friend told me about a class at the local community college

and I was on a mission to get there soon and
