A simple loving post that captured all the years so well with the photographs.. you could see she was a person of spirit in that photo of her as a young woman.. what a legacy she left behind, with all that love she showed you, all of you, that were her family.. So loved and not forgotten, we should all be so lucky! Thank you so much for sharing, and Happy Mother's day to you too... hugs from over the pond, janzi

Lynne, lovely post and tribute to your Mom. She was beautiful. I love the shot of your Mom, Brother and you. My mom died in 1993, eleven months after my son was born. Happy Mother's Day to you, have a happy weekend!

This will be a day when many of us will miss our Mom's and remember them and wish that we could just give them a call and hear their voice one more time.

For me, this is what Mother's Day means.
I am proud of my daughters and what wonderful mothers they all turned out to be and now what wonderful grandmother's they were and are.

Such a wonderful and loving Mother's Day tribute to your sweet, creative, giving, and talented mom...what a blessing she was, and is, for what she left of herself in your heart...so beautiful.
I love that she was a kindergarten teacher and also an artist...a kindred spirit! Would love to have gotten some tips fron her (I have one crazy, but sweet, kindergarten class at the moment!).
Happy Mother's Day to you Lynne...hope you're feeling well and that you have a lovely day!
