Going Forward and Backward . . .

Does that make sense . . .
it has been three weeks, . . . just me and my "spring job,"
planning, cleaning, sorting, weeding, splitting, purchasing,
repairing, designing, cutting, pruning, arranging, creating.

I seem to make a bit of headway
when suddenly I feel like I am going backward.

Non stop garden duties meant
zero time to catch up with each of you.

I hope you stay with me, I am nearing the finish line
and promise to be back with some vigor very soon.

Cleaning up two years of "stuff" has not been much fun
but the benefits are finally bringing some rewards.

I awakened early this morning because
the sprinkler fix it guy was headed our way.
Better him than me out there fixin' those things.

A few days ago
From My Front Porch In The Mountains
caught me off guard with a question/answer post.

So throwing caution to the wind
I jumped in and answered the following questions.

Just breathtaking pictures of your yard. I will be showing this post to Chris later this evening. As soon as he closes up his school offices on Monday, he plans to get the yard in order. Our beds need some good weeding.

PS. I'm a Pinot Grigio gal too.
